Theyre hiring a Customer Experience Lead to help build the operational backbone behind millions of global users.
This is NOT a strategy only role. They want someone scrappy, fast-moving, and obsessed with creating structure in chaos.
What youll own:
Manage high-volume communities (Discord, Reddit, etc.)
Write customer-facing docs, support content & guidelines
Improve CX ops from the ground up
Work directly with power users + AI-native teams
What they want:
? 38 years in CX, support, ops, or community management
? Startup or gaming background preferred
? Fluent with AI tools like ChatGPT & Claude
? Operator mentality > corporate process mindset
???? $80K$150K base + bonus + equity
???? Hybrid Palo Alto (3x/week)
