Write customer-facing docs, support content & guidelines

Improve CX ops from the ground up

Work directly with power users + AI-native teams

What they want

3–8 years in CX, support, ops, or community management

Startup or gaming background preferred

Fluent with AI tools like ChatGPT & Claude

Operator mentality > corporate process mindset
