Direct Marketing Consultant (Schaumburg)

The Catalyst Corporation is currently hiring an Entry Level Direct Marketing Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for motivated, competitive, and people-oriented individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, leadership, and customer engagement.
We specialize in face-to-face marketing and retail promotions for nationally recognized brands.

Responsibilities:
Engage with customers face-to-face in a retail environment to promote current products, services, and promotions
Educate potential customers and answer questions with professionalism and confidence
Represent client brands through in-store marketing campaigns and promotional events
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships
Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and consumer relations
Generate leads, drive sales, and support customer acquisition efforts
Collaborate with team members to meet individual and team performance goals
Participate in daily training sessions focused on sales, leadership, and communication development

Qualifications:
0–1 year of experience in customer service, retail, marketing, or sales preferred, but not required
Paid training provided for all entry-level hires
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude with a student mentality and willingness to learn
Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in fast-paced environments
