This internship is for people who instinctively understand how to earn attention, not buy it, and who can tie community‑building back to real business outcomes (not vanity metrics).
What you’ll learn

How platform algorithms actually work

(beyond surface‑level tips) across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
How to use AI as a thinking partner

(not a shortcut): prompt, iterate, and refine until it feels human and considered
How to find the right rooms

(ICP targeting for organic communities): where your ideal audience already gathers
How to write for conversion at speed : moving from 60 to 200 quality comments/day through systems + craft
What you’ll do

Post 60 targeted comments/day

on relevant posts across your assigned platform;

scale to 200/day by month 3

No filler. Each comment should be sharp enough to stop someone mid‑scroll.

Find the right posts

Your job isn’t just writing; it’s locating the conversations that already have attention from our audience.

Schedule + publish content

on your assigned platform

Maintain a consistent brand voice and show up daily.

Run the feedback loop

Track what drives profile visits, engagement, and downstream results; then double down or kill what doesn’t work.

Reply to DMs + comments daily

You’re the voice of the brand in every inbound conversation. This isn’t weekly—it’s daily, and it needs to be consistent and on‑brand every time.

Who this is for

You’ve written a comment that got more engagement than the post itself (and you know why it worked)
You’re natively fluent on at least one platform (you understand it, not just use it)
You already use AI tools and can tell a good prompt from a lazy one
