Executive Producer

Seeking a creative and experienced Executive Producer, the full-time remote position will lead the production process for Rates & Barrels, managing audio and video post-production, developing engaging content, and enhancing audience engagement in the realm of baseball storytelling.
Key responsibilities

Oversee the entire production process, including recording, editing, and final delivery of episodes
Conduct research to develop compelling content segments and innovative show formats
Manage social media integration and community engagement across platforms like YouTube and Discord

Required qualifications

5+ years of experience in producing podcasts or shows
5+ years of video editing experience with proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Audition and Premiere Pro
Strong research skills for identifying relevant topics and trends
Familiarity with YouTube dynamics and social media best practices
A passion for digital storytelling and attention to detail
