SUMMARY
As a Graphic Designer, you play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and campaigns. You are responsible for producing compelling and innovative creative work across a variety of media-including print, outdoor, digital, and collateral materials-that captures attention and drives engagement. Your strong design sensibility and attention to detail ensure each project is not only visually appealing but also strategically aligned.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture

Design a variety of print and digital materials, independently or under management direction, that align with branding and marketing objectives

Collaborate effectively with the creative director, creative manager, copywriters, and account executives to deliver clear and compelling creative assets

Manage multiple design projects across properties while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards

Maintain brand consistency and accuracy across all designs and update project statuses using scheduling software

Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position

Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards

Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 3 years of experience in advertising or graphic design roles

Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team

Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment

Proficient in typography, design layout, and production workflows

Working knowledge of advertising and marketing principles

Experience with HTML and CSS is a plus, but not required

Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system

Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and Workamajig

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiar with After Effects preferred

REQUIREMENTS

At least 18 years of age

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal

Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company

Verify right to work in the United States
