Saible Law Group, P.A. is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to serve as the Managing Partner of a new Florida office location.
This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial attorney who wants to help build and lead a high-level litigation practice with the support and infrastructure of an established Florida law firm.
We are not simply hiring for an existing office — we are looking for the right attorney first, and we intend to open and grow the office location around that person.
About the Role
The Managing Partner will initially work with a dedicated paralegal and support staff while leading the launch and growth of a new office location. The firm’s long-term plan is to rapidly expand the office by adding attorneys and staff under the Managing Partner’s leadership.
This role is ideal for an attorney who:
wants substantial autonomy,
enjoys managing and mentoring attorneys,
values flexibility and modern remote-based operations,
and is interested in helping build a significant regional office.
Our systems, operations, marketing, technology, and administrative infrastructure are already established. The Managing Partner will focus primarily on:
litigation strategy,
client management,
attorney oversight,
business development,
and office growth.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
Significant litigation experience;
Experience independently handling cases from inception through trial;
Strong leadership and organizational skills;
Experience supervising attorneys and/or staff;
Excellent judgment and professionalism;
Florida Bar admission in good standing.
Portable business is welcomed but not required.

We are a fast-growing insurance defense firm that handles premises liability and construction defect claims and you can check us out at our website at www.saiblelaw.com. By design, we are a different type of defense firm, as our attorneys handle a smaller case load – usually around 15 cases – so that our attorneys have more time and resources to actually defend a case the right way. However, for this reason, our attorneys are expected to be proactive in handling their cases - ideally staying one step ahead of opposing counsels.
