Owning the reporting of digital media performance across major retailers, the full-time Senior Analyst or Manager, Retail Media Performance will build and maintain dashboards, optimize campaigns, and align cross-functionally to support the eCommerce team's retail media investments from the Schaumburg, IL or Phoenix, AZ office on a hybrid schedule.
Key responsibilities
Build and maintain standardized reporting on digital media performance metrics and deliver scorecards to business units and leadership
Recommend budget allocations and optimization strategies, identifying opportunities for high-ROI placements
Collaborate with Finance and digital shelf teams to connect media insights to revenue and conversion performance
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
3+ years of relevant eCommerce/Digital Advertising experience
5+ years of experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) or retail industries
Extensive experience with digital marketing platforms, including Amazon Advertising and Walmart Connect
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly expert-level Excel skills
