Inside Sales Executive – LoopNet Key Accounts
Position Overview
As a Sales Executive, Key Accounts Inside Sales, you will drive new client acquisition and expand our footprint within the commercial real estate market. The role focuses on outbound prospecting and strategic engagement with larger accounts, including existing clients and new opportunities, to qualify prospects, set up demos and reviews, and position LoopNet’s digital marketing solutions for high‑value clients.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively engage with prospects daily through outbound calls and personalized emails.
Identify, qualify, and convert high‑potential accounts into sales opportunities.
Maintain expert knowledge of LoopNet’s digital marketing solutions to articulate value and align offerings with client goals.
Document all client interactions in the CRM with detailed notes to support seamless follow‑up and collaboration across sales teams.
Travel to an assigned market a few times per year to meet with top clients and prospects, strengthen relationships, and gain market insights.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long‑term client success.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current on product updates, industry trends, and best practices.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
Experience in a quota‑carrying, revenue‑generating role with consistent achievement of targets.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
Ability to travel a few times per year.
Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
High volume outbound calling and emailing daily.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, relationship‑building, organizational, and time‑management skills.
Self‑motivated, results‑driven, coachable, adaptable, and eager to grow in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Commercial Real Estate (CRE) related experience.
