What You Will Do

Drive sales efforts by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the enterprise sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target organizations.

Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product offerings with client needs and market trends.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of the company's solutions.

Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on performance metrics.

Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company's brand and solutions.

Ideal Candidate Background

4-6 years of experience in sales, preferably within the B2B enterprise software space.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive environment.

Strong understanding of the sales cycle and ability to engage with C-level executives.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.

Experience working in a hybrid or remote-first sales environment.

Preferred

Familiarity with HRIS or related software solutions is a plus.

Experience in a startup or high-growth company environment.

Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in business processes.

Compensation and Benefits
