Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 4 PM - 12:30 AM (Saturdays as needed)

This Production Technician job in Muncie is for people who pay attention to detail. You'll inspect, assemble, and pack products with care. We know we can count on you to achieve high-quality standards and maintain production goals every shift.
What It Takes
High school diploma or GED
Prior die-casting experience preferred
1+ year of heavy manufacturing experience
Ability to work in hot production environments
Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs. and standing for the entire shift

What You Will Do On the Floor
Follow written and verbal instructions to produce product components accurately
Inspect products for quality using measuring tools and visual checks
Adjust, repair, or replace defective parts using basic hand tools
Record production data in computer systems or on paper
Maintain production flow according to schedules
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including quality, efficiency, and scrap reduction
Keep work area and equipment clean while following all safety procedures
