We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Personal Lines Producer to join our growing insurance team. This role is responsible for generating new personal lines business, building strong client relationships, and providing customized insurance solutions for individuals and families.
The ideal candidate is sales-oriented, customer-focused, and motivated to grow within a supportive agency environment.
Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community involvement
Sell and service personal lines insurance products including auto, home, umbrella, recreational vehicles, and more
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service
Review client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
Cross-sell additional products to maximize account retention and growth
Follow up on leads, quotes, renewals, and referrals in a timely manner
Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and market trends
Collaborate with internal team members to ensure a smooth client experience
Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty license preferred
Previous insurance sales or personal lines experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals
Organized with strong follow-up and time-management abilities
Experience with agency management systems is a plus
