We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in achieving revenue goals and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Qualities & Responsibilities
Support the sales team in achieving revenue goals and handling client inquiries.
Communicate with guests in a friendly and positive manner.
Meet or exceed client needs and resolve complaints.
Maintain invoicing, reporting, and scheduling, ensuring accurate and timely information flow.
Collaborate closely with front desk, housekeeping, and F&B departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and database management.
Previous experience in a sales or customer‑service role preferred.
