Responsibilities

The Learning Experience Leader will design and expand training and development programs aligned with product-specific training methodologies and initiatives, create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training including curriculum, training, and exams for general preparatory courses prior to enterprise endorsement, deliver technical preparatory training, accomplish projects and motivate trainees, continuously improve training programs, amend programs as needed for changes in the work environment, act as content expert and maintain training documents, develop induction programs, monitor and review trainees’ progress, audit trainees in field to ensure policy adherence, ensure statutory training requirements are met and contribute to e-learning packages, research and present new technologies in workplace learning, and ensure all trainees adhere to the company’s Code of Conduct. The Learning Experience Leader will also support learning and development of the Roadside Assistance Specialist.
Set the standards and expectations through conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character
Create and deliver training with curriculum, training, and exams for preparatory courses
Deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements
Accomplish projects and motivate trainees through effective training
Continuously improve training programs and learning opportunities
Amend and revise programs to adapt to changes in the work environment
Maintain relevant training documents and materials
Develop and create effective induction programs
Monitor and review progress through questionnaires and manager discussions
Audit trainees to ensure policy adherence
Meet statutory training requirements and contribute to e-learning packages
Research and present new technologies and methodologies
Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct
Roadside Assistance Specialist - Responsibilities

Responsible for safe and effective transportation of passengers and supporting fleet operations with minimal delays. Acts as the rescue expert for troubleshooting and problem-solving to ensure successful rides.
Maintain high safety standards inside and outside the vehicle
Demonstrate situational awareness and adapt to environmental changes
Communicate courteously with management, engineers, and the public
Provide assistance to stranded motorists
Drive in single or dual mode for 6-8 hours a day; ability to sit for long periods
Respond quickly to high-pressure environments
Work mostly individually but also in small groups
Monitor multiple software systems
Maintain vehicle cleanliness
Provide concise feedback and complete daily reports
Educate the public on self-driving technology
Operate self-driving vehicles on defined/undefined routes
Operate onboard data recording devices
Comfortable riding as a passenger in a self-driving vehicle
Safely set up driverless vehicles and recover autonomous vehicles as needed
Apply safety procedures for rescues
Provide excellent customer service during disembarkation and transport
Comply with zero-tolerance policy on alcohol/drugs for operators
Remove stalled vehicles and coordinate with local law enforcement as needed
Respond to emergency roadside calls within SLAs
Drive safely following laws and regulations
Report accidents and incidents in real time
Other duties as required
Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED; four-year college degree preferred in related fields
Meets driver requirements including driving record and criminal history per state regulations; must have and maintain a valid state driver’s license
Minimum of 3 years of professional driving on public roads; additional experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Ability to follow well-defined methods, procedures, and reports
Ability to present and facilitate a class discussion
Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative with ability to motivate and engage an audience
Strong interpersonal, conflict management, mentoring, organizational, project management, and influencing skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work with flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays
Expected to function as a teammate and support production when needed
Up to 80% travel required; based in existing markets
Knowledge or experience driving in professional settings in high-traffic or congested zones
Physical Requirements

Able-bodied individual who can stand and walk outdoors for long periods
Use hands to finger, handle, talk, or hear; climb stairs and ladders
Occasionally reach, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Occasionally lift/move up to 45 pounds
Close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and focus vision required
Most work outdoors in a vehicle or a closed-course space with vehicles
