Primary Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate project work to ensure timely completion.

Perform all types of quality handyman repairs, including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tile work, and basic plumbing and electrical.

Manage co‑workers, suppliers, and contractors to achieve project goals.

Maintain a clean‑cut appearance and organized equipment.

Communicate effectively with management, office personnel, homeowners, suppliers, and commercial customers.

Required Skills & Attributes

Master craftsman with 5+ years of experience in multiple trades.

Knowledge and ability in plumbing, carpentry, tile, electrical, and flooring.

Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong work ethic, reliable, collaborative, and optimistic.

Own truck or van and required tools.

Clean‑cut appearance and decent looking vehicle.

Qualifications

5+ years of Master Craftsman experience.

Own truck or van and tools.

Strong work ethic and professional demeanor.

Excellent customer service skills.

Collaborative, optimistic, reliable.

Knowledgeable in multiple trades.

Compensation
$25.00 - $32.00 per hour.
