Details
Join UI Health Care's Marketing and Communications department as a Marketing Coordinator.
Position Responsibilities:
* Implementmarketing and communication strategiesfor specific campaignsand UI Health Care departments.
Know and understand brand management principles. Demonstrate brand consistency in assigned projects.
Coordinate execution of campaign tactics and provide support and services for clients.
Support the success of the Kid Captainprogram,throughproject tracking and approvals, serving asliaisonfor families during gameday weeklogisticsandassistingwith thelogisticsand planning of Kids' Dayin August 2026.
Coordination of assets for Hawkeye Athletics sponsorship
Communicate campaign deliverables,objectives, and timelines to the Marketing Communications team and coordinate the production and dissemination of campaign assets.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Relevant communications, marketing, publicrelationsor administrative support experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends, when needed
Ability to hold a valid driver's license, plus the ability to meet the University of Iowa Fleet Safety Program driving standards

Duration: This temporary position will last approximately 6 months.
FTE: 50% - 100% time
Core business hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with occasional nights and weekends required
Pay level: 3A
Candidates must meet all required qualifications.
Successful candidates will be required to self-disclose any conviction history and will be subject to a criminal background check and credential/education verification. This position is not eligible for University sponsorship for employment authorization now or in the future.
