FORME Marketing Consultants is seeking an Account Manager who will work closely with clients to coordinate and execute marketing that supports business objectives.
In the first 4–6 months, this individual will serve as a second seat to senior Account Managers—supporting client accounts, contributing to strategy execution, and learning the FORME approach to consulting.
Upon successful completion of the training period, this role will transition into full ownership of client accounts. Successful completion of the training period is based on demonstrated readiness in client communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to independently manage account workflows.
Account Managers at FORME are responsible for leading strategy for new clients and new initiatives within existing accounts, while maintaining strong relationships and driving measurable results.
Unlike traditional agency structures, our Account Managers remain closely connected to execution. We believe the strongest client leaders are those who understand both the strategy and the work itself. In this role, Account Managers set direction while contributing to select tactical execution, enabling them to provide more informed recommendations and confidently answer client questions without relying solely on internal handoffs.
This role is best suited for candidates who enjoy staying connected to the work and believe strong strategy is built through hands‑on involvement.
We are looking for a creative self‑starter who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead both strategy and execution. This individual must be comfortable delegating to the fulfillment team while also stepping in when needed, running client meetings, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients. As consultants, our clients rely on our expertise and partnership, and Account Managers are expected to think strategically, execute effectively, and lead with confidence.
