UX/Graphic Designer

What You'll Do
Design and produce high-quality creative assets across print, digital, email, and sales enablement materials
Build and maintain scalable design systems, templates, and brand libraries
Create visually engaging collateral, campaigns, presentations, direct mail, and marketing materials
Ensure brand consistency across all customer and team member touchpoints
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operational teams to bring campaigns and initiatives to life
Support and participate in photoshoots and video production projects
Translate ideas and strategy into polished, user-centered visual experiences
Execute projects independently from concept through final production with minimal oversight
Contribute to the evolution of the Lifespace brand aesthetic and visual storytelling approach
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, UX Design, or related field
3-5 years of UX experience
5+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, creative production, or related creative roles
Strong portfolio showcasing print, digital, and UX/UI work
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and modern design tools
Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual hierarchy
Experience creating and maintaining design systems and templates
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Video production or motion graphics experience is a plus
