Multimedia Designer
The Multimedia Designer plays a critical role in transforming ideas into engaging visual and interactive learning experiences. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and learning, supporting the development of impactful corporate training and internal communication initiatives.
More than execution, this position requires strategic thinking and collaboration. The Multimedia Designer partners closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to translate complex concepts into compelling visual narratives, always aligned with brand identity and accessibility best practices.
Design and develop graphic, multimedia, and interactive assets for corporate training across multiple formats and platforms.
Collaborate with instructional design teams to translate complex content into clear, engaging, and effective visual solutions.
Ensure visual consistency and compliance with brand guidelines, internal standards, and digital accessibility principles.
Create highly impactful PowerPoint presentations using modern design, storytelling techniques, and interactive elements.
Produce layouts, animations, videos, and visual assets using Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, InDesign).
Edit and produce videos, including motion graphics, stock asset integration, and innovative AI-supported solutions.
Develop e-learning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar platforms.
Manage multiple projects autonomously from concept to delivery, ensuring high quality and on-time execution.
Continuously stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and evolving digital accessibility practices.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in corporate or professional design projects.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, InDesign).
Hands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar.
Advanced capability in creating strategic, visually compelling PowerPoint presentations.
Familiarity with tools such as Leonardo AI, Envato, and Runway is considered a strong advantage.
Ability to balance creativity, usability, and brand alignment in all deliverables.
Knowledge of accessible design principles and accessibility standards is a plus.
Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize effectively, and a results-oriented mindset.
