Oz Visions is currently seeking experienced editors for commercial and branded content work in Austin, Texas, with potential involvement in music videos, narrative productions, television‑grade advertisements, and future development related to The Four Quarters franchise.
Qualifications

This role is intended for individuals with outstanding sensibilities for pacing, rhythm, and symbolic meaning, and ideally demonstrated knowledge of editing techniques from figures like Thelma Schoonmaker, Sally Menke, Joel and Ethan Coen, Walter Murch, George Tomasini, Michael Kahn, Kirk Baxter, Anne Coates, Ray Lovejoy, Dylan Tichenor, Chris Dickens, Stephen Mirrione, and similar elite artists.
Engagement Process

The process begins with an introductory meeting to determine mutual compatibility and working chemistry. If aligned, selected candidates may be invited to sign a non‑binding letter of intent establishing them as a recurring collaborator for future productions and client projects facilitated through Oz Visions.
Initial work will be project‑based and contractor‑oriented, with the ultimate goal of transitioning key collaborators into permanent positions as the company expands.
