Sales Coordinator: The Impact You’ll Have On The Organization and World

You’ll enhance customer satisfaction. Through personalized service and effective problem‑solving, you’ll help ensure clients receive the best possible experience, fostering loyalty and trust.

You’ll help us become more efficient. By streamlining sales processes and operations, you’ll help enhance overall business efficiency, reducing costs and increasing productivity.

You’ll collaborate across the organization. You’ll work closely with various departments, fostering teamwork and collaboration to achieve common goals.

You’ll provide valuable insights. Through data analysis and reporting, you’ll offer valuable insights that help us make informed decisions and strategies.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?

Coordinate pricing in partnership with the sales team, including calculation, communication and SAP entry.

Capture monthly raw material movements and communicate to the commercial team.

Maintain and update internal systems with accurate sales and price data.

Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to align sales activities with company objectives.

Assist in calculating any debit or credit coming from the commercial team for past order issues, pricing issues, material issues, or rebates.

Set up any rebates or surcharges for customers as communicated by the team or organization.

Proactively run reports and then price all atypical orders, where pricing does not automatically pull in based off standard pricing.

Customer Relationship Management

Serve as primary point of contact for customer pricing inquiries, potential customer web inquiries, and pricing corrections on past customer orders.

Support account managers in developing long-term client relationships and identifying upsell opportunities.

What is Needed to be Successful in this Role (Required Skills/Abilities)

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

4+ years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Strong understanding of resins or chemical industry (preferred but not required).

Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
