BILA77 is seeking a highly creative and trend-driven Associate Designer to support the development of our Junior market brand, Patrons of Peace and our Young Contemporary collections. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fashion, detail-oriented, and excited to grow within a fast-paced contemporary apparel environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for color, print, silhouette, and emerging trends, with a deep understanding of the Junior and Young Contemporary customer.

Responsibilities

Assist in the design and development of seasonal collections from concept to production

Research fashion trends, color direction, fabrics, prints, trims, and market competition

Develop seasonal concepts and technical design packages for Patrons of Peace

Create and develop original print concepts, artwork direction, and print layouts

Work closely with vendors on print strike-offs, color approvals, and print execution

Create and update CADs, tech packs, and presentation boards

Support fittings and communicate design revisions with technical designer.

Organize and maintain design files, fabric libraries, print archives, and sample tracking

Participate in market research

Qualifications

2–3 years of fashion design experience, preferably in Junior or Young Contemporary apparel

Strong understanding of current trends and customer preferences

Experience working with prints, patterns, and graphic layouts

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Strong sketching, CAD, and color sensibility

Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and print techniques

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a deadline-driven environment

Positive attitude with a collaborative mindset

Able to manage multiple projects at once

Preferred

Familiarity with overseas development and vendor communication

Familiarity with print development

Experience in womenswear

Degree in Fashion Design or related field
