About This Position:

The

Media Strategist, Paid Social

is responsible for the execution of ongoing paid social media campaign activations for Lexus. The ideal candidate for this position has a passion for paid media, specifically social media, and a proven track record of implementing successful paid social media tactics on multiple platforms. This person must also possess a passion for continuous improvement and learning as the landscape continues to evolve. Prior social platform execution is preferred.

What You'll Do:

Assist the Media Supervisor, Cross Tier on the day-to-day execution of paid social campaigns for Lexus National brand support and new model launches.

Communicate with the Assistant Media Strategist on ongoing campaign activity and optimizations.

Cross agency communication to manage paid social projects and campaign planning.

Contribute to development of ongoing paid social media activation plans based on Lexus RFPs.

Execute social media advertising campaigns in various platforms based on agreed upon campaign strategy.

Utilize advanced targeting strategies to execute complex campaigns, including custom audiences, third-party data, suppression lists, lookalike audiences and more

Work closely with all platform partners and the Paid Social team to ensure media plans meet KPI goals

Ensure all billing is properly actualized each month and oversee clearing of invoices.

Manage and optimize campaign asset delivery and ensuring assets are appropriate spec

Other duties as assigned

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, Computer Science or related field

2-4 years of paid media experience, with a minimum of 2 years of experience with paid social advertising

Proficiency in Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Reddit, and LinkedIn including each platform’s core features and each network’s advertising capabilities

Proficiency in Ad Manager dashboards for all core platforms, including campaign creation, audience creation, and reporting

Proficiency in tools including Sprinklr; experience in Box, Google Docs, Prisma, etc.

Have strong project management and organizational skills being able to manage multiple projects and campaigns

Facebook Blueprint Media Buying Certification preferred

Have a passion for social media, be an avid user, and have a passion to stay in the loop on the latest social media trends, capabilities, and platforms

Self-motivated, well-organized, and assertive, with strong analytical and deductive skills

Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Automotive experience is strongly preferred
