About the Role
We’re looking for a Content Editor to join our North America Brand Marketing team—someone who brings both editorial precision and strong product storytelling instincts.

This role will play a critical part in shaping how Momcozy communicates across the full customer journey—from go-to-market product launches to the everyday DTC experience, and into our expert-led educational content.

While the core focus is elevating our DTC messaging, this role will also partner closely with product and marketing teams to support go-to-market campaigns across multiple product lines—ensuring every message is clear, compelling, and grounded in real motherhood moments and needs.

You’ll be responsible for bringing consistency, clarity, and credibility to everything we say—especially when translating complex product features and clinical information into content that builds trust and drives conversion.

What You’ll Do
DTC Experience & Editorial Ownership

Refine DTC site messaging, including:

Product detail pages (PDPs)

Collection and category pages

Campaign and evergreen landing pages

Ensure all site content is clear, accurate, up-to-date, and conversion-oriented

Act as the editorial gatekeeper for web content, maintaining consistency across the full site experience

Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Support

Partner with product and marketing teams to support GTM campaigns across multiple product lines

Translate product features into clear, benefit-driven, consumer-facing messaging

Support launch messaging, naming, and positioning across campaign assets, product pages, and supporting marketing materials

Clinical & Educational Content Editing

Review and refine clinical and expert-led content, including articles from healthcare professionals (IBCLCs, OB/GYNs, pediatric experts), ensuring content is:

Accurate and aligned with source intent

Accessible and easy for consumers to understand

Consistent with Momcozy’s voice—credible, supportive, and human

Bridge the gap between clinical authority and consumer clarity

Editorial Standards & Optimization

Maintain and evolve editorial guidelines, tone standards, and naming conventions

Optimize content for usability, SEO, and GEO without compromising brand voice

Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or outdated messaging—and proactively improve them

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure message cohesion across campaigns, product, and DTC channels

What We’re Looking For

4–7+ years of experience in content editing, product copywriting, or digital content strategy

Strong experience supporting product marketing or go-to-market initiatives

Background in ecommerce/DTC environments (product pages, CMS-driven content)

Experience editing or working with health, wellness, maternity/baby, or clinical content strongly preferred

Exceptional attention to detail with a high bar for accuracy, clarity, and consistency

Ability to simplify complex product and clinical information into intuitive, consumer-friendly language

Strong understanding of conversion-focused copy, SEO, and GEO fundamentals

Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
