Responsibilities

Own the internal paid media platform and growth decision systems to support scalable global acquisition

Design and implement a unified analytics framework covering core metrics such as ROI, LTV, and payback

Enable multi-dimensional performance analysis across markets, channels, campaigns, and creatives

Support budget allocation and optimization decisions to improve efficiency and capital utilization

Connect and optimize the full growth funnel, identifying bottlenecks and driving continuous improvement

Build feedback loops between creative performance and conversion outcomes to inform iteration

Develop decision frameworks that remain effective under incomplete or constrained data environments

Establish experimentation capabilities to validate and optimize growth strategies

Partner closely with marketing, data, and product teams to drive execution and impact

Content-Driven Growth

Build mechanisms that transform in-app content into scalable, reusable creative assets

Establish analytical frameworks linking content characteristics with conversion performance

Streamline creative workflows to reduce friction from content selection to deployment and testing

Explore and scale content-led growth loops to amplify conversion outcomes

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above with 3–6 years of experience in growth product, marketing strategy, or advertising

Strong understanding of the end-to-end user growth funnel

Familiarity with major advertising platforms and optimization principles

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to drive decisions from data

Experience evaluating performance in complex or imperfect data environments

Strong business judgment and execution capability

Experience with content platforms or content-driven growth is a plus

Locations: Bay Area (3+ days / week in office policy)

Compensation Description: The base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $250,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive equity package (RSUs), an annual performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits.
