This role calls for equal parts creativity and precision, from managing client relationships and community engagement to tracking performance and reporting on results. The right person is passionate about interior design and lifestyle, has a pulse on trends, and thrives in a role where the details matter as much as the aesthetics. This is a supporting role working closely with an Associate Director across a portfolio ranging from private membership clubs to wellness spaces to jewelry, design, and architecture.

Responsibilities

Content Management & Execution
Build detailed monthly content calendars for multiple clients, anchored in client priorities, campaign objectives, PR messaging, and platform trends
Write compelling, on-brand copy for posts, Stories, and Reels across all platforms
Lead day-to-day community management, from engaging with accounts to monitoring conversations and tagged posts for future opportunities
Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize strategy
Oversee content production workflows and delivery tracking via Asana
Creative & Content Production
Curate visually cohesive Instagram grids aligned with each account's brand positioning
Select and sequence imagery with a strong understanding of composition, pacing, and storytelling
Contribute content ideas informed by trends, audience sensibilities, and the broader design and lifestyle landscape
Capture iPhone content on-site with clients, including photo and video, for use across client social channels
Support creative production, including pre-production and on-set support for professional photo and video shoots
Client Management
Support the Associate Director across all accounts
Attend all client calls and internal meetings
Assist with timeline tracking tied to collections, press moments, and key marketing beats
Draft and circulate meeting agendas and detailed meeting recaps
Organize and archive key client assets in Dropbox according to internal protocols
Draft monthly reports outlining agreed-upon KPIs and top-performing content
Facilitate client approvals on creative content through email, Slack, or calls, ensuring deadlines are met
Community Management
Manage database of all client social media logins and passwords
Monitor and respond to comments and DMs in alignment with each account's brand language
Proactively engage with approved accounts on behalf of clients
Requirements

New York based
1+ years of agency experience managing social media for multiple clients simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong visual instincts and a genuine understanding of the interior design and lifestyle world
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including trends and performance metrics
Portfolio demonstrating curated Instagram grids and short-form video content
Experience with content capture and creative production
Proficiency in Canva, Asana, or comparable tools
Excellent written communication and exceptional attention to detail
Bonus

Experience working with clients in lifestyle, design, or luxury
Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnership strategies
Video shoots and post-editing experience
Salary

$50–60k per year, plus health/wellness benefits and PTO/sick days.
