Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview

Keep our communities fed. As a Marketing Associate, you will assist the promotion and marketing teams, as well as retail partners, with a variety of communications, digital, and in‑store marketing initiatives. This associate is responsible for the timely execution of clear and concise marketing tactics, including social media, email, direct mail, coupons, and in‑store signage, to meet objectives, increase store traffic, and drive weekly sales.
Job Description: Full‑Time, Hybrid Role. Location: 20‑30 Beaver Rd, Wethersfield, CT 06109 or 10 Optical Ave, Keene, NH 03431.
Responsibilities

Managing corporate social media accounts, executing digital strategy, and overseeing community engagement.
Coordinating and releasing weekly branded email and direct mail campaigns.
Managing in‑store signage projects from creation through implementation and providing store support.
Assisting retailers with social media and other digital marketing requests.
Coordinating the dissemination of content across all channels by collaborating with various departments.
Qualifications

Experience in digital marketing preferred.
Strong project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
0‑2 years of experience, with a minimum of 1 year of advertising or marketing experience preferred.
Associate Degree in Marketing or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.
Shift: 2nd Shift (United States of America).
Environment

Office temperature 65F to 75F.
