Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Required:

A deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest, including platform best practices, content formats, trends, and audience behavior.

A strong understanding and a clear point of view on what makes content scroll-stopping, engaging, and platform-native.

Experience ideating, creating, and editing social content, especially short‑form video.

Ability to work independently, but also collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners to move projects forward.

Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different platforms, audiences, and creative formats.

Comfort guiding creators, designers, editors, influencers, or agency partners and providing clear, actionable creative direction.

Experience with social media management, reporting, and trend‑monitoring tools such as Sprout Social or similar platforms.

Experience interpreting performance data, spotting patterns, and turning learnings into better creative decisions.

Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment without dropping details.

Proactive, self‑directed, and resourceful, with a strong sense of ownership and follow‑through.

Interest in health and wellness and excitement to create content in a constantly evolving space.

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Excellent organization skills and ability to multi‑task.

Equipment Knowledge

Experience with CapCut or Adobe Premiere (Preferred).

Experience with Sprout Social.

Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) preferred.

Experience Requirements
Generally requires a minimum of 2–4 years of experience in social media, content, digital marketing, or a related role. Experience managing or contributing to brand social accounts preferred.

Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.
