Job Description
The Sr Inside Sales Business Development Manager (IBDM) is a hybrid role, including in‑office and remote working days. Must be a resident or relocatable to the Austin, TX area.

Shift options:

8:00 am – 4:30 pm CT

8:30 am – 5:00 pm CT

7:30 am – 4:30 pm CT

8:00 am – 5:00 pm CT

The IBDM is a revenue‑generating position responsible for quarterly sales quota attainment for the Facial Aesthetics portfolio (BOTOX® Cosmetic, JUVÉDERM® Fillers, SkinMedica®, KYBELLA®). The role focuses on business development activities primarily via phone communication.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Consistently achieve sales quota across the portfolio, executing marketing plans and developing call and business development plans.

Focus on business growth and relationship building with all sales processes.

Manage quota attainment and customer satisfaction, coordinating with Regional Manager and Inside Sales Area Manager; handle sample allocation, order placement, marketing materials, and campaign execution.

Develop product knowledge to serve customer needs and identify new business opportunities.

Educate customers on product indications, contraindications, and safety, proposing solutions that exceed expectations.

Identify and pursue growth opportunities, including expanding customer reach, product utilization, and launching new products or indications.

Support marketing strategies for customers: website, social media, internal office branding, patient segmentation, and external marketing.

Pre‑plan sales calls and manage time efficiently for maximum engagement.

Maintain up‑to‑date industry knowledge and stay aware of competitive products.

Ensure compliance with all applicable quality and regulatory guidelines.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with regional managers, field reps, and inside sales area managers to drive sales objectives and develop growth opportunities.

Coordinate coverage for leave or vacancy, working with sales representatives and managers to develop coverage plans.

Attend sales training and meetings as required.

Complete administrative responsibilities promptly (presentations, expense reports, etc.).

Demonstrate strong work ethic and represent the company with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism.

Qualifications

Two or more years of relevant sales experience.

Proven ability to earn strong commissions, work independently, and exhibit superior communication skills.

Ability to travel by air and/or car up to 15‑20% of the time.

Two or more years of Inside Sales experience preferred.

Knowledge of Inside Sales selling skills and business environment.

Strong time‑management, accuracy, consistency, and quality in a fast‑paced, multi‑task environment.

Motivated by individual and team achievement, strong analytical and business acumen, and proven selling skills.

Positive role model, team player, and effective interpersonal skills with diverse customers.

Presentation skills and ability to engage various audiences.

Proficiency with sales force automation and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills / Additional Qualifications

Experience in the aesthetics/healthcare industry interacting with physicians and patients.

Experience in educating or influencing targeted customers.

Two years of Inside Sales experience.
