DESCRIPTION
Little Barn is looking for a strong pianist/accompanist to join our summer team in the Hamptons.

This role opened up unexpectedly last minute, and we would love to find someone excited to jump into a creative, music-filled summer with us.

We are currently hiring for:

Full Summer Stock (July 6 – August 14)

Week 2 of End‑of‑Summer Mini Camp (August 24 – 28)

We are also open to splitting the role into:

Summer Stock Weeks 1–3 (July 6 – July 24)

Summer Stock Weeks 4–6 (July 27 – August 14)

ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Camp runs from Monday to Friday from 9am to 2pm.

Our Summer Stock program is a 6‑week musical theatre camp for children ages 4–12, culminating in performances in Week 3 and Week 6.

Campers rotate through:

acting

Afternoons (noon till 2pm) are focused on rehearsals and show preparation.

We also run Mommy & Me Musical Theatre classes for ages 0–3.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Live accompaniment for classes and rehearsals

Playing for performances

Assisting with Mommy & Me classes

Collaborating closely with directors and teachers

Creating a warm and encouraging environment for young performers

QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent accompanist

Works well with children

Flexible, collaborative, and calm under pressure

Loves musical theatre

Enjoys being part of a creative summer team

COMPENSATION

$1,000/week

Housing included

Additional paid opportunities may include private lessons and group classes
