Key Responsibilities

Develop annual brand/therapy plans comprising innovative strategies in‑clinic, digital, pharmacy, and patient level to drive top‑line achievement, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability of assigned therapies in alignment with global strategy.

Convert strategies into creative and effective promotional mix/tactics to attain therapy/brand leadership, customer loyalty, and team motivation.

Analyze and allocate resources among therapies and brands commensurate with product life‑cycle and market opportunity.

Travel Estimate

Up to 30% will be travel time.

Job Requirements
Educational Qualification

B Sc./B.Pharm, MBA (Marketing)

Experience

Tenure: 6-8 years
