**This is an exempt role with a weekly rate of $2,502.40- $2,716.40.**

We are seeking a Brand Producer to support the Executive Producer in overseeing motion and still content production across North America. This role will partner closely with brand teams, agencies, production partners, and the internal content studio to drive smart, efficient production execution while balancing creative goals, timelines, budgets, and operational processes.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and experienced managing commercial production workflows across video, photography, post-production, and hybrid production models. This role combines production oversight, financial management, operational execution, and process improvement within a fast-paced creative environment.

Primary Objective

Support end-to-end production management for video and photography content across North America.

Ensure high-quality creative output is delivered efficiently, compliantly, and within budget.

Partner with the internal content studio to oversee internally managed productions and help strengthen production knowledge and operational processes.

Manage projects up to $300K across live action, post/VFX, and hybrid production models.

Secondary Objective

Support the evolution and implementation of production best practices to help create more agile, scalable, and cost-effective production models across brands and teams.

Key Responsibilities

Production Oversight & Execution

Manage assigned productions from bid through final delivery across motion and still content.

Partner with agencies, production companies, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution aligned with creative and business objectives.

Help evaluate creative briefs and guide teams toward the most effective production approach.

Identify opportunities to leverage preferred production partners and efficient production models.

Attend shoots as needed to represent the brand and provide production oversight.

Bidding & Financial Management

Review, analyze, and negotiate production bids in partnership with the Executive Producer.

Ensure budgets align with project scope, industry benchmarks, and internal cost standards.

Track and report production savings and cost efficiencies.

Support invoice tracking, financial reconciliation, and budget reporting.

Governance & Compliance

Ensure agencies and production vendors follow established production policies, processes, and compliance standards.

Support onboarding and education of new agencies and production partners.

Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day production compliance questions.

Rights & Asset Management

Track and manage usage rights for photography, music, talent, and licensed assets.

Ensure proper documentation, renewals, and usage compliance.

Monitor uploading and organization of raw and final assets within internal DAM systems.

Partner with legal and business affairs teams when needed.

Strategic Initiatives

Support implementation and adoption of updated production guidelines and best practices.

Contribute to development of more agile and scalable production models across content types and budget levels.

Help identify and onboard new production partners aligned to quality, speed, and cost objectives.

Assist in improving workflows for rights management, production operations, and cost tracking.

Support broader operational and strategic initiatives led by the Executive Producer.

Required Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in commercial production within an agency, production company, in-house studio, or client-side environment.

Strong understanding of:

Video production

Photography production

Post-production and VFX workflows

Proven experience managing production budgets, bids, and financial reconciliation.

Knowledge of:

Usage rights

Licensing

Talent agreements

Asset management processes

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to balance creative ambition and financial discipline.

Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
