Your Role:
- Run the Playbook: Apply our proven marketing system across digital platforms to attract aligned applicants (full training and AI-supported tools provided).
- Spark the Right Conversations: Engage with prospective participants in meaningful, professional conversations about their goals.
- Curate the Message: Share approved information about our leadership and personal development programs with clarity and integrity.
- Operate with Ownership: Take full accountability for your output, your consistency, and your contribution to the team.
- Refine Through Learning: Participate in ongoing training, mentoring, and skills development to sharpen your craft.
- Strengthen the Team: Contribute to a structured, supportive team committed to shared excellence.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years in marketing, business development, or client-facing roles (preferred, not essential)
- Confident communication and the ability to build genuine rapport
