Media Supervisor, Social Activation
The Media Supervisor, Social Activation, serves as the day-to-day lead for paid social execution and activation across platforms. This role is responsible for translating media strategy into actionable social plans, overseeing campaign deployment, and ensuring best-in-class performance across channels. The primary owner of social activation, the Supervisor manages execution, optimizations, and team workflow while maintaining strong collaboration with strategy, planning, and partner teams. This role offers frequent client interaction, ownership of campaign performance, and the opportunity to drive innovation across social platforms.
Responsibilities:
Support the Associate Director in translating media strategy into detailed paid social activation plans
Lead the execution of campaigns across key social platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.), ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Oversee day-to-day campaign management, including trafficking, QA, pacing, and performance monitoring
Analyze campaign performance and proactively recommend optimizations to improve results
Act as a primary point of contact for clients on paid social execution and stewardship requests
Partner closely with planning, analytics, and creative teams to ensure alignment across campaign objectives and deliverables
Leverage platform insights, audience learnings, and testing frameworks to drive continuous improvement
Ensure accurate budget management, billing alignment, and delivery against campaign KPIs
Develop and present campaign updates, including performance insights, optimizations, and forward-looking recommendations
Build strong relationships with platform partners and stay current on new social products, features, and best practices
Manage and mentor Associates and Planners, supporting their growth and development
Maintain strong organization across multiple brands and campaigns, balancing competing priorities effectively
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
4–6 years of hands-on paid social activation experience
Strong knowledge of major social platforms and their activation tools
Experience managing campaigns end-to-end, including setup, optimization, and reporting
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Proven leadership and team development experience

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
