Dorrit Emerich State Farm is hiring an Account Manager who can successfully balance strong customer service with proactive sales. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys building lasting relationships, resolving service needs, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts through meaningful coverage conversations.

You will play a key role in supporting daily operations while driving retention and new business production. If you are customer-focused but confident in asking for the sale, this is a strong opportunity to grow your career in insurance.

What You’ll Do

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and referrals

Conduct policy reviews and recommend coverage enhancements based on customer needs

Quote, present, and sell auto, home and renters

Support customers with service requests, billing questions, and policy updates

Resolve complex issues with professionalism and follow-through

Identify cross-sell opportunities within the existing book of business

Collaborate with team members to meet service and production goals

Licensing Requirements
Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license is required prior to Day 1 start

If not currently licensed, P&C must be obtained before starting

Full licensing support, study resources, and onboarding assistance are provided throughout the process

What We’re Looking For

Ability to confidently pivot between service and sales conversations

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with follow-up

Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment

Prior insurance, sales, or account management experience preferred
