Account Executive
What You’ll Do
Identify and develop new business opportunities through in‑person meetings with clients and research, consistent daily cold‑calling, and cultivation of existing business using our full suite of products. Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue, create effective marketing campaigns, and use your storytelling skills to deliver compelling data‑driven sales presentations that best meet client expectations.

What You’ll Need

Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish .

Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, expert negotiator: excellent relationship‑building, problem‑solving, and persuasive communication skills.

Ability to plan and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment .

Comfortable with cold‑calling and initiating outreach to prospective clients as part of lead generation.

A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a High School Diploma (College Degree preferred).

Proficient in Salesforce , Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.

Strong problem‑solving skills; help business grow to its fullest potential.

Digital/Media Sales experience is a plus but not required.

Ability to organize and prioritize day‑to‑day based on evolving priorities.

Nice‑to‑haves: experience managing complex, multi‑platform campaigns ; analytics experience; iHeart and/or audio advertising background; well‑connected in the market.

Week 4: Schedule a 30‑day check‑in to assess needs for continued success.
