Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced A/V Technician to support live events, conference room technologies, and executive-facing audio/visual operations in a fast-paced corporate environment. This role is responsible for ensuring reliable, high-quality AV support across meetings, Zoom Rooms, and large-scale events while maintaining conference room readiness and resolving technical issues in real time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support for live events, executive meetings, and broadcast-style productions

• Operate and troubleshoot AV technologies including video switchers, audio mixers, PTZ cameras, DSPs, microphones, and displays

• Support Zoom Rooms, Teams conferencing systems, and collaboration technologies

• Perform conference room testing, maintenance, firmware updates, and readiness checks

• Troubleshoot AV incidents and resolve tickets through ServiceNow or Jira

• Support C-level executives during meetings and presentations with white-glove customer service

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and AV operations

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience supporting AV technologies in a corporate or event environment

• Strong knowledge of AV signal flow, conferencing systems, and audio/video control systems

• Experience with technologies such as QSC, Yamaha, Barco, Blackmagic, Logitech, Cisco, Zoom, and Teams

• Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment

• Experience supporting live or high-profile events preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with broadcast technologies, NDI/SRT workflows, or advanced production tools

• Basic troubleshooting experience with Windows and macOS systems related to AV technologies
