Our client is seeking a Senior Manager of Brand To lead integrated brand initiatives across experiential marketing, PR, influencer partnerships, and social media. This role will play a key part in shaping external brand presence through culturally relevant campaigns, partnerships, and consumer engagement strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams across creative, ecommerce, and retail.
This is a hands-on activation leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of culture, storytelling, and execution, and who can help elevate a growing consumer brand’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead integrated brand activations across PR, influencer, social, and experiential marketing
• Own execution of major campaigns, retail moments, and experiential activations
• Develop and manage influencer and creator partnerships, including seeding and amplification programs
• Partner with PR agencies to drive earned media, brand visibility, and cultural relevance
• Oversee social content direction to support engagement, consistency, and brand storytelling
• Identify cultural trends and timely opportunities to keep brand messaging relevant and engaging
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Ecommerce, and Retail teams to execute campaigns
• Develop activation toolkits to support product launches and brand initiatives
• Track and report on campaign performance across engagement, reach, media impact, and traffic
• Manage external partners including agencies, creators, vendors, and production teams
• Provide leadership across activation initiatives while working closely with internal stakeholders
Qualifications
• 7–10 years of experience in brand activation, integrated marketing, or experiential marketing
• Strong track record delivering campaigns across PR, influencer, social, and experiential channels
• Deep understanding of cultural marketing, storytelling, and consumer engagement
• Experience managing agencies, creators, and external partners
• Strong ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
• Collaborative leadership style with cross-functional experience
• Data-driven mindset with comfort tracking and interpreting campaign performance
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments
