Product Photo Editing & Graphic Designer Position Type: Part-Time / Freelance (20+ hours a week) – Remote or OnsiteHourly Range$30-$40/ Hourly Job Department: Beauty, Cosmetic Accessories ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe Graphic Designer – Product Photo Editing & Packaging plays a key role in supporting product development and creative initiatives through high-quality photo editing, packaging visuals, and presentation materials. This position requires strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create polished, consumer-ready imagery for a variety of consumer-packaged goods (CPG), including cosmetics, skincare, bath & body, accessories, giftable, and seasonal products.Please note: Only applicants with a portfolio will be considered (Product photo editing, Lifestyle imagery/mockups, Packaging, or beauty-related work preferred)Retouch and edit product photography for packaging concepts and product developmentCreate lifestyle visuals and realistic product mockups using raw imagesEdit and enhance packaging visuals, including bottles, boxes, beauty products, gift sets, and accessoriesMaintain organized, layered Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator files and presentation-ready assetsSupport seasonal, holiday, and everyday packaging projectsOccasionally create product catalogs and presentation decks in PowerPointCollaborate with the creative and product development teams while meeting deadlinesPerform related duties as assigned. COMPETENCIESStrong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.Excellent photo retouching, editing, and packaging visualization skills.Understanding of packaging design, composition, lighting, color correction, and visual presentation.Ability to create high-quality lifestyle imagery and realistic product mockups.Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain layered and production-ready files.Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEAssociate's or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred. 2–3+ years of experience in graphic design, product photo editing, packaging visuals, or related creative work required. Experience within consumer packaged goods (CPG), beauty, cosmetics, skincare, bath & body, accessories, or giftable products preferred.
