A growing industrial equipment manufacturer is seeking a hands-on leader to take ownership of its dealer network, sales performance, and aftermarket service strategy. This is a high-impact role built for someone who can assess a fragmented channel, rebuild relationships, and drive revenue through dealer performance—not just manage it. You’ll lead channel strategy, influence service execution, and align sales activity with operations in a fast-moving, less-structured environment. Relocation to the North Atlanta Metro area is required.

  • Performance-based bonus structure
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Life and disability coverage options

  • Proven experience managing and improving dealer/distributor networks
  • Strong background in capital equipment, industrial machinery, or automation
  • Experience with quoting, estimating, pricing, and proposal review
  • Exposure to field service operations, including installation, commissioning, or aftermarket support
  • Ability to operate effectively in a small, less-structured company environment
  • Must have a track record of driving revenue growth through channel performance
  • Willingness to relocate to the North Atlanta Metro area

Must Haves

  • Build and execute a dealer network strategy within the first 90 days with clear timelines
  • Identify underperforming dealers and take action (improve, replace, or exit)
  • Recruit and onboard new channel partners to fill coverage gaps
  • Own dealer agreements, negotiations, and territory alignment
  • Lead weekly pipeline reviews and forecasting tied to production and financial targets
  • Drive promotions, pricing strategy, and sales campaigns proactively
  • Align sales execution with operations, engineering, and finance to ensure delivery

Director Of Channel Sales Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience in print, packaging, labeling, or automation equipment industries
  • Background working in both large and small company environments
  • Experience with CRM and pipeline management tools
  • Trade show and marketing campaign ownership
  • Experience partnering closely with service teams or aftermarket functions

This role is ideal for a leader who moves with urgency, makes tough decisions, and takes ownership of outcomes. If you’ve rebuilt or scaled a dealer network before, this is your lane.
