This newly created role will play a key part in expanding market presence, strengthening strategic relationships, and driving commercial growth across one of the company’s most important regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the North American market across Corporate, Consortia, Wholesale, Partnerships, FIT, Government & Diplomatic, and MICE segments
  • Drive revenue growth and brand visibility for all hotel properties and affiliated resort destinations
  • Lead and participate in roadshows, trade shows, industry events, client activations, and strategic sales initiatives
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key accounts, travel partners, agencies, and industry stakeholders to increase market share
  • Collaborate closely with corporate leadership and on-property teams to ensure alignment and successful conversion of leads into revenue opportunities
  • Analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and provide reporting and strategic recommendations to leadership
  • Support the continued growth and positioning of the brand within the North American luxury hospitality market

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred
  • Proven success in regional or global hospitality sales, with strong experience within the North American market
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and business development capabilities
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with executive-level presence
  • Collaborative, relationship-driven, and highly self-motivated professional
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities across global teams
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and results-focused approach
