  • Strengthen manager effectiveness and build a scalable, high‑performing organization
  • Translate growth & product priorities into actionable channel strategies and execution plans with a 6–9 month horizon
  • Partner with senior leadership and clinical stakeholders to align on priorities and drive implementation

  • Support all product lines for D2C and B2B including capability overview, product enhancements and future solutions
  • Collaborate with sales, client success and clinical teams on the development and resources related to product capabilities
  • Lead managers in the development and execution of integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels

  • Set the standard for ongoing optimization through structured testing and data‑driven decision‑making
  • Own performance tracking across growth marketing, including KPI definition, measurement, and accountability
  • Synthesize insights to identify risks and opportunities and inform decision‑making
  • Deliver clear, actionable reporting and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Manage and optimize the growth marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and strong return on investment
  • Recommend channel investment adjustments based on campaign performance and shifting business priorities
  • Promote a culture of testing and continuous improvement across channels and teams
  • Evaluate and scale new tools, technologies, and approaches to enhance performance
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer behavior to inform strategy
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve growth outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners across product, clinical, and customer success teams to support growth initiatives
  • Drive alignment on growth strategies and execution plans across stakeholders
  • Contribute to problem‑solving, risk assessment, and execution planning for complex initiatives
