As the Director of Sales, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their lead generation campaigns are executed smoothly and deliver strong ROI. You’ll manage client onboarding, strategy development, and ongoing communication—while also overseeing a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who execute outbound prospecting campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Lead campaign strategy sessions and ensure alignment with client goals.
  • Provide regular updates, performance reports, and insights to clients.
  • Set clear expectations, timelines, and deliverables throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and upsell where appropriate.

Project & Campaign Oversight

  • Coordinate all phases of lead generation campaigns, from setup to execution and reporting.
  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively adjust tactics for optimal results.
  • Collaborate with data, content, and tech teams to ensure campaigns are properly supported.
  • Manage and mentor a team of SDRs responsible for prospecting and lead generation.
  • Set clear goals, track KPIs, and provide coaching to ensure team success.
  • Support SDRs with tools, training, and ongoing feedback to improve outreach effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and one‑on‑ones to maintain alignment and morale.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Analyze campaign metrics such as open rates, response rates, appointment setting, and lead quality.
  • Generate and present performance reports to both internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Use data to drive decision‑making and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in account management, client success, or project management in a B2B environment (lead generation or marketing agency experience preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience managing a sales or SDR team is a strong plus.
  • Deep understanding of outbound sales and lead generation strategies (email, LinkedIn, calling, etc.).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and client‑facing skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience with CRM and outreach tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, or similar).
  • Data‑driven mindset with a focus on KPIs and performance metrics.
