Connectivity is now as critical to buildings as power or water, but delivering it has historically been fragmented, complex, and inconsistent.
WiredScore was founded to solve this. We are the leading certification body for digital connectivity and smart building performance, working with over 1,000 of the world’s leading real estate owners and developers, certifying more than 1 billion square feet across 45 countries. Our products - WiredScore and SmartScore - help landlords understand, improve, benchmark, and promote the digital infrastructure and smart building capabilities of their assets.
In 2026, WiredScore joined forces with Meter, a leading provider of enterprise internet infrastructure, deepening our connection to the technology that powers great connectivity in buildings. Together, WiredScore and Meter are defining the next era of connectivity in real estate.
We’re hiring a Head of Field Marketing, based in the New York office, to lead how WiredScore shows up across one of our most important markets. As our first dedicated field marketing hire on the ground in North America, you will shape the regional marketing approach, bring our brand and proposition to life through high-impact experiences, and help turn market momentum into measurable commercial growth.
What success looks like
Your goal is to build field marketing into a strategic growth engine for WiredScore across North America.
Success means our regional marketing activity is tightly aligned to commercial priorities, clearly resonates with the North American real estate market, and consistently drives measurable outcomes across the sales funnel. You will create standout events, campaigns, partnerships, and experiences that deepen relationships with existing clients, open doors with priority prospects, and strengthen WiredScore’s position as the category leader for digital connectivity and smart building performance.
You’ll be measured on your ability to translate global strategy into locally relevant execution, partner effectively with GTM teams, and build repeatable field marketing playbooks that can scale. This role is pivotal: you will not only lead activity in North America, but also help define what excellent regional field marketing looks like for WiredScore globally.
In the first 6 months, you will
- Deeply understand priority accounts, clients, partners, industry bodies, events, and market moments across the USA and Canada.
- Build the North America field marketing plan with regional GTM teams.
- Plan and deliver high-impact in-person, virtual, and hybrid activations from concept to follow-up.
- Partner with Sales to identify account priorities, shape invite strategies, and connect marketing activity to pipeline goals.
- Build partnerships with clients, industry bodies, and external organizations to create meaningful market activations.
- Manage budgets, collate event results and ROI, distill insights, and sharpen the playbook.
- Work with global Marketing to develop and localize campaigns, content, social media and press strategies for the North American market.
You are
- You’ve scaled field marketing or event programs before and know how to turn ambitious ideas into measurable outcomes.
- You see events as end-to-end campaigns that drive growth, not just moments in a calendar.
- You know how to utilize other marketing functions/channels – content, social, press – to maximize the impact of field marketing investment.
- You are commercially minded and understand how marketing activity supports pipeline, account engagement, and revenue goals.
- You know real estate or a closely related B2B sector, and understand how to engage senior decision-makers.
- You are creative, highly organized, and comfortable managing complex projects end-to-end.
- You thrive in ambiguity, bring structure quickly, and enjoy building something from the ground up.
- You are collaborative, credible, and confident working across Sales, Marketing, partners, clients, and external suppliers.
- You are willing to travel for on-site event management and can work flexibly around event schedules, including evenings and weekends when needed.
