Covered Care is a financing solution for growing healthcare practices founded in 2020. The platform leverages proprietary credit originations and servicing tools to underwrite and approve patients at every credit level—prime or non‑prime—with affordable rates and terms. This flexibility allows healthcare providers to care for more patients without taking on any risk.
Location: Dallas, TX (Addison) or Los Angeles, CA — Hybrid. Reports to: President, Covered Care.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize potential strategic partners—including manufacturers, provider groups, equipment dealers, and lenders—and develop targeted outreach plans.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities; qualify, nurture, and convert prospects into active relationships.
- Create and deliver tailored partner value propositions, presentations, and proposals positioning Covered Care as the financing partner of choice.
- Lead negotiations for partnership and referral agreements in coordination with Legal and Finance.
- Manage partner onboarding and ongoing account management to ensure an excellent partner experience and measurable revenue growth.
- Collaborate with Product, Credit, Sales, and Marketing to structure competitive financing programs and co‑marketing initiatives.
- Track and report KPIs—pipeline value, conversion rates, partner‑sourced originations, partner retention—and provide regular updates to the President.
- Represent Covered Care at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings; travel as needed (estimated 20–40%).
Qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B marketing, business development, or corporate development experience in healthcare finance, medical device/equipment, healthcare services, or related industries.
- Proven success building and managing partnerships with manufacturers, provider groups, or institutional lenders.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience structuring partnership or referral agreements.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Track record of generating pipeline and meeting revenue targets; data‑driven and KPI‑oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑growing company with cross‑functional collaboration.
Education & Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Existing network or relationships in medical device manufacturing, provider groups, or healthcare financing is a strong plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Range: $120,000.00 – $150,000.00 with bonus potential.
