Role Description

The Sales Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Harrah, OK. This role involves leading sales operations, managing a team, and driving business development efforts to achieve company sales goals. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, developing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Sales Director will also analyze market trends to guide decision-making and maintain the company's competitive edge. Candidates should have relevant sales experience, strong technical knowledge of aircraft components and repair/overhaul processes, along with effective communication skills. Experience in MRO sales and the ability to travel domestically and internationally are essential. This position requires a collaborative approach and a drive for customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interfacing with customers about pricing, timeframes, requirements for projects
  • Conducting marketing campaigns for targeted areas of growth for AMCR
  • Keeping up-to-date and orderly accounts
  • Leading and coordinating efforts of internal and affiliated sales personnel
  • Managing timelines and reporting information to customers
  • Trade show attendance
  • Writing and maintaining quarterly and yearly sales reports and targets
  • Working directly with other senior leadership of future sales/growth strategy

Qualifications

  • Extensive Aerospace/MRO Experience
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Operations, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and fostering client relationships
  • Experience in Team Management, including leadership and team motivation
  • Proficiency in Business Development and identifying market opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site with a collaborative mindset and a proactive approach
  • Familiarity with the defense industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong analytical capability, with demonstrated experience solving complex problems, evaluating opportunities, and making sound, well-judged commercial decisions
