Job title: Associate Digital Strategist (ADS)
About the Role: The ADS role supports our growing digital portfolio, primarily working with Google clients to drive social engagement, community insight, social listening, and creative ideation.
Key Responsibilities:
Own daily community management across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Facebook—identifying opportunities to engage on other posts and responding on our own.
Monitor brand and industry conversations using Brandwatch, Talkwalker, and manual support.
Draft and post comments aligned with established brand voice guidelines.
Flag and resolve potential issues early, following established protocols.
Support live events and real‑time coverage in in‑office rooms.
Maintain trackers to log community engagements, responses, and surfaced opportunities.
Attend client meetings to listen to social listening, community management, and social creation needs; share insights in real time.
Provide thoughtful perspectives and platform‑informed recommendations live and via email.
Collaborate with clients and partners on authentic brand content.
Publish content, maintain content calendars, and keep cross‑functional teams updated.
Use Sprinklr for reporting and publishing tools to execute content calendars.
Track performance and share learnings to inform future work.
Partner with analytics for monthly reporting and recommendations.
Translate social trends, tone shifts, and memes into actionable content ideas for weekly trendspotting recommendations.
Work closely with digital strategists, creatives, and a project manager.
Develop clever posts for real‑time relevance; collaborate with design to bring posts to life.
Drive small‑scale social projects independently.
Leverage AI tools, especially Gemini, to support the content creation process.
What You’ll Bring:
2–4 years of experience managing social media communities for brands.
Strong grasp of social platforms, especially Instagram, and what makes content resonate.
Solid writing and communication skills with the ability to channel brand voice while sounding human.
Proactive, detail‑oriented mindset and genuine interest in culture, social trends, and internet behavior.
Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
Team‑first attitude and excitement to learn from others.
Experience with tech brands is a plus; curiosity is essential.
Experience with influencer marketing is a plus but not required.

Salary Range: $56,000–$70,000.
Our Flexible Work Policy:
We believe the best work happens in a hybrid environment. If you are in the NYC hub, we want to see you in person 2 days a week. For those outside the hub, we may require occasional in‑person meetings or events.
