Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and client-focused account manager who will own a book of business, manage client relationships, and ensure long-term satisfaction and renewals. This person will oversee the full scope of marketing services provided to their clients, with a special focus on running, optimizing, and reporting on Google Ads campaigns. The right candidate thrives on problem-solving, building trust, and keeping clients happy with measurable results. This role requires staying up to date on the evolving dental marketing landscape and ensuring clients view Gargle as a trusted partner in growing their practices.
MUST BE LOCAL TO SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH
Responsibilities
Maintain and manage a portfolio of client accounts
Own the Paid Ads campaigns/results for assigned clients
Ensure clients have a proper Ad Spend Budget to hit their new patient goals and see success
Oversee all Gargle products/services(need a strong understanding of Google Ad and Meta ads) being used by clients and ensure they are delivering value
Build strong, trusted relationships with clients through consistent communication and transparency
Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and renewal across accounts
Provide performance insights and recommendations to clients
Stay updated on industry and dental marketing trends to provide clients with relevant strategies
Document client activity and maintain accurate records in Salesforce (or other internal systems)
Skills
Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube campaigns)
Strong communication and presentation skills with clients
Ownership mentality - takes initiative and accountability for client success
Organizational and time management skills
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations
Ability to manage multiple client priorities with attention to detail
Familiarity with digital marketing concepts beyond ads (SEO, social, websites, etc.) is a plus
Minimum Qualifications
5-7 years of experience managing digital ads, ideally with Google Ads
Strong background in client-facing account management
B2B or service industry experience preferred
High school diploma or GED required
Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work from Gargle's Lehi office at least three days per week
Preferred Qualifications
Dental or healthcare industry marketing experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Google Ads certification(s)
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Experience working in an agency
