Account Executive
CBS Television Stations San Francisco is seeking an experienced Account Executive to sell the full Paramount Global portfolio, including KPIX & KPYX linear television, CBS News & Stations group assets and Paramount+ streaming and multi-platform solutions. The role is focused on linear + streaming ad sales, agency and direct accounts, and integrated, multi-platform campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Drive linear and streaming advertising sales in San Francisco and CBS O&O markets

Leverage established agency and client relationships in the SF market

Grow and maintain direct advertiser relationships

Develop quarterly and annual revenue plans

Forecast sales weekly and quarterly

Prospect and close non-traditional and new revenue streams

Collaborate with internal teams (integrated marketing, traffic, finance)

Partner with an Account Manager on campaign execution

Maximize revenue around tentpole events (sports, specials, major news)

Represent the stations at community and station-sponsored events

Qualifications

5+ years of sales experience

Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals

Strong consultative selling skills

Agency-facing experience strongly preferred

Multi-platform (linear + digital/streaming) experience preferred

Proficiency with WideOrbit Traffic, Wide Orbit Media Sales, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Office

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Valid California driver's license

Hiring Salary Range: $115,000.00 - $140,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
