Position Summary
As a National Account Manager - Grocery Suppliers at Bimbo Bakeries USA, you will develop and maintain relationships with key grocery suppliers such as McLane, Core-Mark, KeHE, and UNFI. You will manage the overall business partnership, negotiate, drive sales, and achieve revenue targets for Bimbo Bakeries USA’s portfolio.
Key Job Responsibilities
Supplier Relationship Management: develop and maintain strong relationships with national grocery suppliers and act as the main point of contact.
Sales and Revenue Growth: drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding product offerings, and increasing market share.
Account Management: oversee overall account management processes, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and addressing supplier issues.
Forecasting and Planning: collaborate with internal teams to develop sales forecasts, promotional plans, and strategies to maximize revenue and achieve targets.
Cross-functional Collaboration: work closely with sales, marketing, customer service, operations, and finance to ensure effective coordination and alignment of business goals.
Performance Tracking: monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure sales performance, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions.
Market Analysis: conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer demands, providing strategic insights for growth.

Education and Work History
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Experience working with McLane, Core-Mark, KeHE, and UNFI.
7+ years as a National Account Manager or similar role.
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication, selling, and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, identify trends, and make data‑driven decisions.
Language: bilingual English and Spanish desirable.
Travel: domestic 60%.
